We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the practices or services we offer, please contact the Complaints Manager in writing. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.

We encourage individuals to raise their concerns directly with Bosvena Health in the first instance however, should you wish to complain direct to the Integrated Care Board, or are dissatisfied with the response you have received, you may complain to the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board via the following means:
