We run all our surgeries by a triage appointment system called Klinik. Should you wish to book an appointment, have a query regarding test results or need to contact us regarding anything else, please use the Klinik system which can be found here: online.
The Klinik system is available between the hours of 8am and 10am for clinically urgent enquiries requiring a response within 24 hours Monday to Friday, for routine enquiries Klinik remains open from 8am to 6pm, and these will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
Home visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please complete the home visit request using KLINIK before 10.00am. Home visits take up more of a clinician’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.
Cancelling your appointment
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment by cancelling online or by calling the surgery.
