We will routinely contact patients if there is an abnormal test result or any follow up action is required. However, since our telephones are very busy in the early morning, and you feel you want to contact the practice for your result, we ask you to telephone after 11.00am.
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
