We all know how valuable appointments are at your GP surgery – if you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, it is really important that you notify us as soon as possible, so that we can offer this to someone else who may be waiting for an appointment.
During the month of August 2023 we had 518 patients DNA (did not attend) their appointment.
This has a massive impact on our service, wasting valuable clinicians time and also preventing others who may need these appointments from being able to get them.
