Salaried GP with partnership opportunity

We are a great team looking to recruit an enthusiastic Salaried GP or partner to join our Practice. You should be passionate about patient care, team work and a health work-life balance and able to work 4-8 sessions per week, although job-share would be possible, and this can be flexible based on the number of sessions you would like to work.

• We are a dynamic and patient focused practice in Bodmin, Cornwall – a central location in beautiful Cornwall with access to beaches, moorland and more!
• 24,000 patients, run by a well remunerated, friendly and efficient practice team
• Due to progression within our clinical team we are seeking a replacement for salaried GP or partner sessions between 4 to 8 sessions per week.
• We are a training practice actively involved in Education (Medical Students and trainees, paramedics, students nurses and more!)
• Working collaboratively within Bodmin collaboratively with our Integrated Care Area team we are looking at integration of community services and wider work for our patient population.
• Our Duty team operates on the day to cover same-day appointments and relieve pressure of telephone calls and demand using a triage model through Klinik, although we are reviewing our appointments to facilitate improvements in continuity of care.
• We have an active and vibrant PCN and work with our member practices to develop and strengthen clinical care across our practice footprint.
